Why Energy Nook

Built inside a real studio first.

Energy Nook grew out of the software we built to run Energy Pilates — a working studio that rents its room and reformers to freelance teachers. The booking engine, the clearance flow, the "one email per recurring series" fix: all of it was learned the hard way, on a real schedule.

Anti-overkill, on purpose

Big studio platforms are built for chains. Independent studios end up paying for dashboards they never open. We'd rather do fewer things beautifully, at a price a two-room studio can smile about.

Your studio, your data

You own your members and your history. Export everything whenever you like. Every studio's data is isolated by design and by test.

Not a clinic

We deliberately don't do clinical charting — Energy Nook is for movement studios, so notes stay simple and non-clinical.
